Dana has been riding since the age of 4. She has spent her career training with the top professionals in the sport: David Beisel, Don Stewart, Aaron Vale, Michael Morrisey and Polly Howard, to name a few. She has earned more then 40-year end titles as a rider in equitation, hunters and jumpers. Consistently at the top of the rankings nationally, qualifying and placing year after year at Harrisburg, Devon, Capital Challenge, Washington International Horse Show and Kentucky National. Her first ten years of her career she successfully competed in the pony and junior hunters. She climbed to the top ranks in the country as an equitation rider competing and winning in the THIS, Pessoa USEF hunt seat, Maclay and WIHS big equitation medals at AA shows, qualifying for the equitation finals. She spent the final years of her junior career focused on riding at the Grand Prix level and competing in the High Junior Jumpers, qualifying for Prix Des States, Young Riders, CP and Kentucky Nationals, Ariat Challenge Cup, and the $250,000 Black Barn Jr/AO Competition in Saugerties NY.
​She began competing and won her first Grand Prix against top professionals at the early age of 14. She went on to earn gold, silver and bronze medals in Jumpers at USEF National Championships including USHJA Zone Finals and Prix De States. She has competed in more than seventy 1.40m+ events across the country, earning her the #3 spot in the Junior/Young Rider FEI rankings in North America in 2017.
Dana is proudly sponsored by Butet, the maker of fine french saddles to "the stars", a brand known for their performance excellence. Her balance, style and grace repeatedly earned her overall equitation champion as a Junior, she ranked top 5 in the country for the Big Eq 3'6 medals. For many years she earned invites to compete at prestigious events that included WIHS, Devon, Harrisburg, Capital Challenge and the Kentucky National Horse Show. She was unstoppable and repeatedly won the Maclay, USEF Hunt Seat, USET and WIHS classes at top AA shows across the country, from NY to FL.

She is looking for an opportunity to share what she has learned to pass on her love for the sport. She enjoys working with children and adults alike. Join her at a show, trailer in for a lesson or have her to your farm for a lesson or clinic. You don't have to be in our program full time to spend time with us and learn something new, or just have fun.​
